Simon Roberts Achieves Diploma in Crew Management
The Diploma, run by the National Sea Training Centre and Lloyd’s Maritime Academy and supported by the International Federation of Ship Masters Associations
The Diploma, run by the National Sea Training Centre and Lloyd’s Maritime Academy and supported by the International Federation of Ship Masters Associations, provides the underpinning knowledge to assist personal and professional development towards becoming an informed professional agent for the recruitment and on-going management of sea going staff.
In addition to covering the operational issues, the course considered the relevant conventions and regulations, insurance and applicable law as well as the commercial principals of business management.
